About Denise Kutter
Her professional roots lie in design, but through many years of working in marketing departments, she has deliberately expanded her creative expertise with strategic know-how. Today, as Marketing Manager at chemmedia AG, she is responsible for a wide range of marketing activities: from campaign development, online and content marketing, and social media to email and event marketing as well as employer branding.
With a keen sense for design and brand impact, she successfully combines creativity, communication, and strategy. She develops targeted campaigns, creates consistent brand experiences, and manages projects that strengthen chemmedia AG’s position as a professional eLearning partner.
Since joining chemmedia AG, she has been passionate about topics such as eLearning, digital training, and talent development. Marketing Manager
Since 2024, she has been advancing the brand presence of textil trainer as Marketing Manager — a digital learning platform that consolidates extensive textile knowledge and delivers it interactively. Developed by chemmedia AG in collaboration with the Technische Universität Chemnitz, textil trainer strengthens textile expertise and makes an important contribution to the future of the industry. Her focus is on establishing the platform as an inspiring source of knowledge and a firmly rooted part of the textile community.

As a Graphic Designer, she developed creative concepts for digital and traditional marketing channels.
