About Janet

Senior Marketing Managerin (Director Marketing)

Janet Beier M.A.

Even during her studies, she was deeply engaged with how learning can be designed and improved through digital methods—laying the foundation early on for the expertise she has today. With over 20 years of experience in marketing and a special focus on eLearning and digital education for the past 8 years, she has become an expert at the intersection of communication, technology, and learning.

She views marketing not merely as a discipline of visibility, but as a strategic tool to shape knowledge, culture, and transformation within organizations. She’s particularly fascinated by how digitalization, AI, and new learning cultures are transforming the way we learn and work—and how companies can navigate this change successfully while staying human at the core.

Her passion lies in writing and strategic thinking. She loves making complex topics tangible and inspiring people through clear communication and thought-provoking ideas—guiding them on a journey that leads to insight, clarity, and solutions.

With her experience, she combines analytical thinking with empathy and an enthusiasm for progress. Her goal: to connect marketing and learning in a way that doesn’t overwhelm change—but drives it.
