Romy Bürger

Romy joined chemmedia AG in 2010 and is now Head of Finance & Administration, responsible for finance, legal, and HR. She is actively involved in the strategic direction of the company and communication with internal and external stakeholders. After completing her master's degree at Maastricht University and a bachelor's degree in European Studies at Chemnitz University of Technology, she started her career as an executive assistant at the Mozart Festival in Würzburg.

Today, she plays a decisive role in shaping chemmedia and ensures that the company operates efficiently and successfully. For Romy, teamwork is the key to success: she trusts in the abilities of her colleagues and values transparency, appreciation, and open communication. She actively contributes her knowledge and supports the company and its departments in the best possible way. Outside of work, she recharges her batteries in her garden, where she finds balance.
