Denise Schönheider is Director of Content Services and Support at chemmedia AG, where she is responsible for the conception, implementation, and quality assurance of content projects for national and international clients. Since 2005, she has been driving the company’s content strategy, combining instructional expertise, technical understanding, and strong organizational skills.

With more than 15 years of experience in project management, learning technology, and content production, she leads an interdisciplinary team and supports organizations in developing learning content for international use. Her expertise includes strategy development, resource and budget planning, instructional design, as well as the collection and analysis of learning data.

Thanks to her extensive knowledge in translation, voice-over, and linguistic and cultural adaptation, she ensures that digital learning content is globally understandable, locally relevant, and instructionally effective.
