About Jenny Pickschneider
Instructional Design & Training Expert
Jenny Pickschneider is an expert in instructional design and author training in the Content & Creative department at chemmedia AG. For more than ten years, she has been supporting companies from a wide range of industries in developing customized digital learning content — from the first idea to the finished learning product. Her goal: to create learning content that truly resonates — through smart instructional design, authentic communication, and empathy for learners.
Clients especially value her understanding of complex requirements and her structured, solution-oriented approach in joint projects. In addition to her project work, Jenny Pickschneider helps clients create high-quality learning content themselves by sharing her experience in workshops and training sessions. With her keen sense of participants’ needs, she not only imparts knowledge but also inspires creativity and enthusiasm among eLearning authors and subject matter experts. While her focus is on chemmedia’s own products, Knowledgeworker Create and Coach, Jenny is also highly familiar with the strengths and limitations of other popular authoring tools from her own experience.
In fact, it was her student job at chemmedia AG that first sparked her passion for digital learning. There, she was able to apply her theoretical knowledge from education and psychology in practice and gain valuable experience. The continuous technological progress since then — particularly the evolution of chemmedia’s own eLearning Suite, Knowledgeworker — is one of the reasons for her lasting enthusiasm for what she does best: guiding learning projects that make knowledge tangible and help people grow sustainably.
