eFront Add-ons

Can be used with eFront basic and eFront premium

 

With eFront you rely on a system that grows with your requirements. In addition to a different range of functions in eFront basic and eFront premium, we offer you optional add-ons for both variants.

This allows you to add useful additional functions to your Learning Management System. You can easily realize that external persons (external company management) can access your Learning Management System in order to complete relevant instructions, conduct effective employee interviews by means of a targeted workflow or rely on a clear competence management.

 

Management of external companies

For instructions for persons outside the company on your premises

 

With the external company management add-on, you can quickly and easily give external persons access to your learning management system. They can then complete the required training directly.

Based on target group-specific characteristics such as language, location, reason for the visit, etc., necessary digital instructions are automatically assigned to the visitor. After successful completion of the training, the visitor receives a certificate with a validity period. This contains, for example, a QR code with which the visitor can enter the premises.

We will be happy to provide you with interfaces to access systems.

Employee development reviews

For effective and efficient employee reviews

 

The eFront add-on "Development review" includes the complete workflow for mapping employee reviews. It includes the review of the agreements of the past year, the self-assessment by the employee, the evaluation by the manager, agreements and topics for the next year and development measures derived from them, including confirmation and documentation functions.

  • Start of the process by manager or HR
  • Definition of deadlines
  • Dashboard for employees and managers with overview of the defined steps and the current status
  • Definition of any number of steps with forms and questions including confirmation function, e.g. employee self-evaluation, evaluation of own manager by employee, etc.

Competence management

Easy management of employee qualifications

 

The eFront add-on "Competence Management" allows you to manage the qualifications of your employees easily and effectively. You assign qualifications to different configurable levels and provide them with an expiration date. You can also assign qualifications to a specific person and store a date on which they were acquired. Linking qualifications to courses and jobs improves clarity and makes employee training more targeted.

For managers, a report with a filter function is available that displays all relevant information at a glance. We are happy to program customized reports according to your individual requirements. This gives you control over the qualifications of your employees at all times and allows you to take targeted measures to expand the competencies in your company.
