Easy course creation
Use eFront's built-in authoring tool to create interactive HTML5 learning units such as flashcards, interactive videos, and more. Easily add documents, videos, and images, as well as SCORM and xAPI packages, thanks to the drag-and-drop feature. The integrated marketplace enables seamless integration of curated standard OpenSesame content, from which you can choose from thousands of courses on topics such as business, instruction, or compliance.
Outstanding learning experiences
Provide your learners with an individually designed certificate for download immediately after successful course completion. An adjustable validity period ensures regular compliance with legally required training. Gamification elements in eFront add fun to the learning process and increase your learners' motivation. Learners are rewarded for achievements with points and badges that let them advance to higher levels. In addition, a leaderboard can be enabled to encourage healthy competition and further increase motivation to learn.
Notifications
In eFront, you have access to 37 default notifications whose activation you can control yourself. These notifications are event-based and automatically send customized texts to the appropriate audience. They are supported by predefined placeholders, such as recipient, course name, or date, and can also be sent to administrators and trainers for information sharing.
Tests & Tracking
Cloud oder on premise
With eFront you can create tasks that have a deadline and specific completion criteria, such as uploading or instructor rating of the solution. You can choose from 11 different question types and create question pools with different difficulty levels that you can easily mix and match. A scoring overview feature allows trainers and administrators to keep a comprehensive overview of all units, making it easy to check, review, and grade.
Reporting
eFront allows you to quickly create engaging infographics that clearly show platform usage - from logins to gamification. Certificate reports help you stay on top of compliance requirements with convenient filtering and exporting capabilities. In addition, you can create custom reports based on your specific requirements: Define content and rules and have the report automatically sent to your email address.
