Multifunctional and rolebased dashboards
Build your dashboards the way you want: Place widgets for news, courses, calendar, reports or gamification according to your individual preferences. You determine the size and can configure all widgets for different roles.
Place unfinished courses or, for example, booked appointments so that you can't lose sight of them.
Competence management
Assign qualifications of configurable levels to your employees and provide them with an expiration date. By linking qualifications to courses and jobs, you have an overview of all current competencies in your company and can organize your employees' training even more precisely.
A report with a filter function is available to you, showing all relevant information at a glance.
Centralized event management
Manage your events centrally: appointments, cancellation workflow and attendance. Centrally see upcoming, not completed, canceled and completed trainings and go directly to the event details. In the case of cancellations, your participants have the option of specifying reasons that you define in advance in the backend. You will receive an attendance list of all participants for download.
Premium notifications and reports
In eFront basic, you have access to 37 default notifications whose activation you can control yourself. With eFront Premium, you also configure reminders for mandatory courses according to defined time periods and ensure automatic escalation processes. In addition, you can create different, individual notifications.
With the Premium reports, you get a matrix report that visually shows whether an employee has already completed a course or not, whether it is currently in progress. In addition, we are also happy to create a customized report for you.
