At any time, you are entitled to request information for free about your stored data, its origin, recipients and purpose of data processing. You also have the right to correct, block and delete this data. You may request this data and send us any enquiries about personalised data by using the address provided in our Imprint.
Please note that you have the right to raise a complaint with the responsible supervisory authority in case of data protection policy violations. We hereby object to the use of our contact details published in the context of the imprint obligation for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information materials. To process your support requests (e-mail to support@chemmedia.de or use of the "Support" button directly in the application) we use the Freshdesk system. The provider is Freshworks, Inc, 2950 S.Delaware Street, Suite 201 in San Mateo, CA 94403 USA.
We use Freshdesk to process your requests quickly and efficiently. The legal basis for processing your data is the legitimate interest based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO.
We have concluded an order processing agreement with Freshdesk. This ensures that Freshdesk only uses the user data to process the requests within the framework of the applicable European and German data protection standards and does not pass them on to third parties.
The data entered by you in the contact form or transmitted by e-mail will remain with us until you request us to delete it or until the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after processing your inquiry has been completed). We use Matomo to analyze the usage of the app and continuously improve the user experience. Matomo is an open source platform for web analytics. We run Matomo ourselves on our own servers or on the servers of a company commissioned by us.

Matomo uses cookies, which are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the app. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this app is stored exclusively on chemmedia's own servers or on servers of a company commissioned by chemmedia and is not transmitted to third parties.
To improve the technical stability of our app, we monitor system stability and detect system errors. We run the application monitoring on our own servers. No data is transmitted for advertising purposes.
In the event of an error, data is transmitted to Application Monitoring, which may contain the personal data mentioned above.

Google Firebase is required for individual functionalities of the app and cannot be replaced sensibly according to the current state of technology. Google Firebase is used to enable cloud messaging (delivery of notifications from the App to mobile devices).
